RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CHANGE OF MIND

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund on all items returned to us in perfect condition. You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We will issue a refund within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned package, subject to verification of the item's condition. The returned product must be intact and in its original, undamaged packaging.

How to Return an Item Due to Change of Mind:

• Please send an email to elena@lemalindine.com within no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods, indicating
  - Order number
  - Item and quantity to return
  - Reason of return
• Please make sure you have never worn Le Malindine and that they are intact.
• Pack them in the original, undamaged packaging;
• Ship the package, at your own expense, to the following address: LE MALINDINE di Ferrè Elena – Via Francesco Ferrucci 31 – 20851 Lissone (MB) - ITALY . We recommend using a service that provides package tracking so we can know when your package has been received.
• Le Malindine, upon receiving the product and verifying its integrity, will process a refund of the product price within 14 days, using the same payment method you used at the time of the order (where possible).

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect your items and verify their condition. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please send an email with attached photos as proof to elena@lemalindine.com within 8 days of receiving the product.
You may request the repair, replacement, or refund of the item no later than 2 months from the date of receipt.
As these are handcrafted and unique products, it may not be possible to offer a replacement. In that case, we will proceed with a refund of the purchase amount.

How to Return a Defective Item:

• Send an email to elena@lemalindine.com no later than 8 days from the date of receipt of the item, including the following information:
  - Order number
  - Item and quantity to return
  – Reason for the return (please specify whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement), attaching one or more photos of the item clearly showing the defect.
• Please make sure you have never worn Le Malindine and that they are intact.
• Pack them in the original, undamaged packaging;
• Ship the package, no later than 30 days from the date of receipt, to the following address: LE MALINDINE di Ferrè Elena – Via Francesco Ferrucci 31 – 20851 Lissone (MB). Shipping costs are at your expense, but they will be reimbursed if the quality control confirms the defect or non-conformity.
• e Malindine, upon receiving the product, will carry out the necessary quality checks to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned item.

If the non-conformity of the product is confirmed, we will proceed with the refund of the purchase price and return shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the defective product, using the same payment method you used at the time of the order (where possible). If the inspection does not confirm the defect or non-conformity, the original product will be returned to you, and the shipping costs will be at your expense.

IMPORTANT: Returned items must not have been used. If there are any signs of use, even minimal, the right of withdrawal described above will no longer apply.

CHANGE

If you wish to change the size or color of a product you have already purchased, you must follow the 'change of mind' return procedure and place a new order on our website.
Please note that Le Malindine items are often unique pieces, available in only one size and color. Therefore, despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee 100% availability of all items in stock at all times.
